Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before products are shipped or manufactured. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. The item must also remain in its original packaging. When completing a return, we require you to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged shipping fees once (including return shipping); no restocking fees apply for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds often take some processing time.
